So Kiley has a Book report on Monday (Halloween) she is doing over Repunzel. I bought my kids costumes quite a while ago...so when I found out Kiley had to do a book report and dress up like Repunzel I was Royally annoyed...Costumes are not cheap and those of you thinking..."Well make one"...I had to borrow a needle and thread from a friend of mine to sew something on something I was selling on e-bay...so sewing...NOT my thing!!! SO anyway, we went to Wal-Mart yesterday in search for a Repunzel costume...struck out at both Target and Party City first...It was a LONG day!!! SO we found the LAST Repunzel costume on the costume aisle and before I had left the store...TWO HOURS LATER...I had been asked THREE times if they could have this costume, out of my shopping cart! Seriously People?! Who does that!? Obviously I am buying it if it's in my cart! So 2 hours and LOTS of dirty looks later we got home and started carving pumpkins. Well we haven't carved pumpkins in YEARS, so I had forgotten ALL it entailed. 1 Adult, 3 kids and knives and cutting utensils is not something I would recommend, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The kids had fun and were throughly disgusted with the inside of a pumpkin, lol. But we all had a good time with it. Kiley wanted a "bat" cat, so she helped me with that one, Brendan wanted a Ghost and Bailey's pumpkin was too small to do any of the big ones, so we had to free hand a face, lol. Mine is Supposed to say "Welcome" but I messed up, but Im pretty sure I was destined for failure by the end and trying to do that one, lol. My hand was shaking and I had broken all little knives by the end of the night! But we finished them and lit them up! MAN...Those things smell terrible! Burning Pumpkin insides, lol...It's supposed to smell right?! I went out to turn them off and their were snails ALL OVER THEM...GROSS!!! I HATE Snails! I have salt on hand just for those disgusting little creatures! BLEH!!! So I moved them up by my door and put salt all around them...so if they try to get to them, they will die...sorry! So it looks like I have some sort of ritual going on, lol...Kinda weird, but it worked. No More snails on my Pumpkins this morning! YAY!!! I WIN!!! ;o) So ANyway. I hope everyone enjoys their last week of October! I am ready for November!!! :o)

One Month to Go...

KORRY WILL BE HOME IN A MONTH!!! It seemed like this last month would never get here, but alas, here we are! September crawled by and October has gone relatively quick, and I am hoping since we have a BUSY month ahead of us, this month will go by fast as well! It has been a long, overwhelming, stressful and crazy journey while Korry has been gone and I am SO ready for him to be home with us! I know this next month will be insane and I am going to feel overwhelmed and extremely Anxious!!! I am far beyond anxious!!! I miss our daily day to day crap more than I can explain!!! I just miss "our normal"...lol. Anyway, this month is going to be insane and im thankful for this, because im hoping it wil go FAST...SUPER FAST!!! :o)

First "Official" Photo Session

So I finally got out there and had my first official photo session! I did Lindsey Wishum's Maternity/Family photos and it was a BLAST! They made it so easy and it was just fun! I learned a LOT and got some good ideas of what I like and definitely some things I need to work on! BUT I now have a little experience and am looking forward to getting MUCH MUCH more!!! I am thrilled that Lindsey asked me to do her new bay boy London's newborn pictures as soon as the little guy comes! I am SO excited and looking forward to it! Korry's Stories...

So here is one of the interviewers Korry showed around Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan. He was there and got to talk to these people after the reporter interviewed them. I can't even explain how proud of him I am and the whole Military as well! They really do so much over there that we will never hear about! It's so Frustrating!!!

He also was on this air Drop of supplies for men out in the field to get fuel, ammunition, food and water. Here is the video from that one too.

Day by Day...

I have been wondering why somedays are good and somedays are bad, even when somedays are practically identical, but somehow one is bad and the other is not...This boggles my mind. How much does emotion and overall mind control make or break your day? THis sounds so strange, but I have been thinking about this, probably too much, lol. I know that my days are more stressful and not as tolerable when Korry is gone because I am just overall more stressed, more tired and Definitely more emotional, but when the circumstances are the same and the days go pretty much the same, why is one "Bad" and another "good"...LOL...Im sorry this is my thought process this morning...My mind has officially turned to mush, lol! I am going to try to WILL my days to be good! I want so bad to not be stressed and not be worried or overall emotional...I know I will more than likely fail at this task...LOL...this is NOT good mind control already!!! Anyway, this is the goal! POSITIVE THINKING!!! :o) Wish me luck on this journey! ;o) This is gonna take a lot of prayer in my end!!! ;o)

One Month Down...

Yes it has ONLY "Officially" been a month since Korry's feet landed in Afghanistan and it KILLS me that that's it!!! He was gone a while before that for training, but that doesn't count! :o( It feels like it has been forever! But for the sake of trying to stay positive ONE month down a little over 5 to go! I refuse to do a countdown for days, because at this point that's just depressing!!!

But the kids have been out of school for about 2-3 weeks and things have been INSANE!!! Kiley had a Cheer/Gymnastics camp and now Brendan is playing t-ball and Kiley is playing Coach Pitch, so needless to say...we're CRAZY busy!!! And I think after these are over Kiley will start cheerleading in August and I think they will Both start doing weekly Gymnastics along with school starting in August...WOW...3 kids in insane, LOL!!! ;o)

Brendan will turn 5 in less than 2 weeks! How Crazy is that!? I can't believe he is almost FIVE!? Time really does just FLY when you have kids!!! He wants a Star Wars themed party and I'm still trying to decide exactly what we're doing...It's creeping up on me though, so I need to get myself going! He is so excited! It's fun when they actually get what Birthdays are and know dates and all that stuff! It's fun!

Last Day of School...

SO Kiley's last day of school is tomorrow! The end of the school year is Craziness!!! Brendan's last day of Pre-school was Tuesday and they had a Program that night we went to. That was Adorable!!! And then Wednesday Kiley had her Awards Banquet at school! She was on the A-B honor Roll all year! She was upset because she had all A's and then when she changed schools in January she got a B in spelling, lol! But she had all A's on her last report card! We're so proud of her!!!

Kiley starts her Gymnastics and Cheerleading camp on Monday! She is SUPER excited because her Best Friend decided to do it with her! So they will have fun and learn a lot! :o) Brendan & Kiley finished up Soccer this last week! They both really enjoyed it and are excited for T-Ball and Coach Pitch coming up in June! It will be fun!

Last weekend we were invited to go on our Friends boat! The kids had never been on a boat like that before and they had a BLAST!!! We got to Tube and we parked the boat and they played and swam for about 3-4 hours with NO FIGHTING!!! It was HEAVEN!!! ;o) But we really did have a Great time!!! WHen Korry gets back we just might turn into Boat people, lol! ;o) Although I would rather have a couple of Sea Doo's!!! ;o)

Korry made it to his Base in Afghanistan and is Definitely in another world!!! He lives in a TINY room with 3 other men and they sleep on Bunk Beds! He said the food is disgusting and it's very dirty facilities!!! This might sound petty, however when you're working 16 hour days 7 days a week, you need something to keep you going!!! At least good food! So I have my work cut out for me!!! ;o) So please keep him in your prayers! I know the lack of Privacy will get Old really fast and it will be a long 6 Months!!! :o(

So yesterday a friend asked me to go to the park with her! It's a park I had never been to and let me just say I'm so excited about finding this park! It's awesome and the kids had a blast! I finished up my Professional Photography courses and am now officially a Certified Professional Photographer! I still need practice, but I am one step closer! So I took this opportunity and took TONS of pictures and they turned out pretty good! Anyway, I will share them and I hope you al have a Great rest of your week! :o)

So this last weekend we were in South Carolina with Korry for about 3-4 days. We all had a Great time and got some Great Family time together! There was a pool at our hotel, so we spent a LOT of time out there! It was Gorgeous weather!!! But the goodbye was inevitable and was hard! Anyway, we're home safe and sound and now back to the normal day to day...just a BIG HUGE Chunk missing! Here are some pictures of our weekend...

So this last Sunday was just like any other Sunday. Went to church, ate with friends, spent time with my kids and then had Small group at our house on Sunday night. After Small Group I was sitting in the floor in my living room and I got a text from a friend saying that Osama had been killed. I had my phone near me so I turned it on and it went to Facebook and I turned on the news. Facebook was LIT Up with people saying their opinions on what had happened and I was also watching the news where people were cheering and waving flags, dancing and singing our national anthem.

My thoughts were not "OH YAY", but they also weren't sadness for this evil man either! I feel like 9/11 was such a difficult day for this Country and he was the reason for this! But I was confused with my emotions, because I was scared! I couldn't put my finger on it, but my stomach started hurting and I just felt this sick feeling! Korry called a few minutes later and asked if I had heard what happened and then proceeded to tell me that what just happened made him deploying much more dangerous and then it hit me like a TON of Bricks! These people HATE Americans! And all their seeing of us right now is exactly what we saw on our news channel the day of 9/11! Cheering, singing and dancing in the street!

People keep saying, but that was different, that was them killing thousands of innocent people! We just killed a huge Terrorist threat to our nation! Let me first clarify this...I am 100% positive this SHOULD have happened. The men and women who are fighting for this great nation did their job EXACTLY right!!! But the part that is upsetting is what we did next...in THEIR minds... we are celebrating one of THEIR people being killed! And you may say, I don't care if their mad, we are celebrating and "honoring" our military members...when in fact you're NOT! You are putting a HUGE target on their backs! They are SO mad right now, and we're just rubbing salt in that wound by our actions! It makes me Absolutely TERRIFIED that Korry will be going over their in just a few short weeks to a Country with a lot of people who Hate Americans with a ton of vengeance in their hearts!!! I believe we are better than this!

I think as Americans, we love to talk about our"rights" but rarely our responsibilites. We have reason and even the "right" to celebrate but I think it needs to be done with dignity and in a responsible manner. For every action there is a reaction and we need to consider the reaction and if it will put our military at greater risk. Why fan the flames of their fury? We got what justice we could...he can't pay a higher price than his life. Why mirror their actions on 9/11 and rub their noses in it? Freedom isn't free...it ALWAYS comes at a cost and we need to put the military who is actually paying the price first and do what we can to keep them as safe as possible until they are back home!!!

So this deployment is starting to become a reality! I guess my mind has been pushing it back and back and it was there, but not really real...and now it's real! I feel like such a baby, because my emotions are going insane! Just when I think everything is good all of the sudden I will just have to take a minute and I just start crying!! It's Absolutely Ridiculous and I HATE it!

My Best friend, the person I share everything with, the love of my life, the person I spend my life with, my children's Daddy will be gone in a combat zone, fighting in a WAR for six months! Half a YEAR!!! So all this is setting in and I'm SO not looking forward to saying goodbye to him in South Carolina! My mind feels like its running in 20 different directions. I feel crazy, I feel 100% crazy!!!

This is just one of those nights I needed a vent, so I'm sorry! Tomorrow is a new day! :o) Please keep all of us in your prayers! Peace and Safety for Korry. Patience, sanity and Wisdom for me. And obedience for our children! ;o) Thank you I appreciate all of you!!! :o)

Two Weeks

Korry left for his first training yesterday! He will be gone for 2 weeks and then be back for a day and a half and then leave for his second training and then he leaves from there to Afghanistan. His second training is only 2 days, but since there is not enough time between the 2 they are keeping him there until he flies out to Afghanistan. Since he will be in South Carolina for a few days and it's only 6-7 hours from here, the kids and I are going to meet him, spend a few days together and then be able to take him to the airport to see him off! I feel like we're having groundhogs day! I am glad he is getting to come home, believe me, the more we get to see him the better, however saying goodbye three times is going to be hard on the kids! So we didn't make a big deal about him leaving yesterday and we're not making a big deal about the flight to South Carolina either, Kiley and Brendan have school, so we're not taking them to the airport for either one. But they will be able to have their goodbyes in South Carolina when he leaves for the 6 month long one. So I think this is best! I am Hating the anticipation for this craziness! I feel like we're in limbo right now...

Kiley and Brendan have 23 days of school left! I can not believe it's almost summer! This year feels like it has FLOWN by! This summer is definitely going to keep us busy though! Kiley & Brendan are both in soccer every Tuesday & Thursday right now and LOVING it! Brendan had his first "official" game Thursday and Kiley's is tonight! This is Brendan's first competitive sport he has played on a team and he is doing really well and looks forward to EVERY Tuesday and Thursday! It's fun to watch!!! Kiley will start cheerleading and Gymnastics camp as soon as school is out for a week and then starts Baseball, well T-Ball for Brendan and Coach Pitch for Kiley. They are both looking forward to that too! And I think we're going to have swimming lessons too...lol...so it will be busy! But I'm pretty sure this is how life will stay with 3 children that Love being involved in things...in fact it will get worse because I only have 2 in sports right now! ;o)

Last weekend was Bailey's Birthday party and we all had a BLAST! We had some friends over and rented a 21 Foot inflatable slide in the backyard! It was a good time for the kids AND adults, lol! ;o) Then Sunday we had a nice relaxing family Easter! It was a good weekend, it just went by too fast!!!

Bailey is TWO!!!

I can't believe tomorrow my baby boy will be TWO years old! It seems like it was yesterday I went into labor, my water broke and I decided to clean my bathrooms and 45 minutes later he was here, lol! It has been a CRAZY 2 years! and seems crazy that Korry was gone right after he was born and now he will be gone again in just a few days!

Anyway, we are having Bailey's birthday this weekend before Korry leaves for his training in New Jersey. So it should be a lot of fun! Lots of friends, food and fun! :o) I LOVE Birthdays for my kids! They're SO much fun! We're having an Elmo themed birthday with a 22 ft. blowup slide in the backyard for all the kids, so it will be fun! Im sad that we're not close enough for any family to come, however I am very thankful for all our great friends and support system here and VERY thankful Korry will be here for it! :o) I will make sure to post pictures and keep everyone posted while Korry is gone, as much as I can!

We had ourselves a mini vacation and drove to Atlanta and went to a Hockey game! I got Korry tickets and we had been waiting since bfore Christmas! Then We went to Dallas then San Antonio for a few days to get away and went to Sea world! We went to Korrys Grandparents house first and visited with them! It was a lot of fun. Then went on to San Antonio and Korry's parents are in Germany visiting Kelly, Lacey and the boys, but they let us come and stay in their house while we were there! THANK YOU SO MUCH! It was wonderful to have a few days to relax and just be! It was a little crazy, just because Korry and I both knew HOW crazy the next few weeks were going to be! But the kids didn't notice and they had a Blast!!!

Our House...

So we moved into our New House in October of last year and have been trying to get things done on it! We're not completely finished updating, because I LOVE projects, lol...but it's getting there! :o) Anyway, here are some pictures of it for those that are interested!!! :o) In the front yard we just put in a sprinkler system...so thats what are the lines of no Grass are, lol! So I feel like we're in this Horrible countdown that I am dreading to get to the end of! We did the unavoidable and sat down with Kiley and Brendan and told them about Korry's deployment. It was 10 times worse this time because they KNEW what it meant because just 2 short years ago we had this same talk with them! Now all there is to do is EVERYTHING! I feel like I dont have enough time for any of this! And I am the same way the kids are I remember all too well how this is going to be and how hard deployments are!

I know this is a winey blog and Im sorry! This is just hitting and I absolutely hate it! We seriously do not have a Free weekend before he leaves! There is SO SO SO much going on! It's insanity!

On a brighter note...we took Kiley to Atlanta this weekend and Korry let her pick out her very first American Girl doll! She looks exactly like Kiley, down to her freckles on her cheeks and nose! SO SO CUTE! It was from Korry and Kiley was ecstatic! I wish I had one when I was little! They are precious and better than any other doll I have ever seen!

Anyway, we are on Spring Break and Brendan woke up this morning throwing up, which changed our plans, but now we're having a movie day...so that will be fun too! We will be doing the zoo day hopefully tomorrow :o) I hope everyone is having a Great day and if your on Spring break Enjoy it!!! :o)

Here we go Again...

So we just found out about another deployment coming down the pike. Let the prayers of Safety, Wisdom and Sanity begin! This was very unexpected, so I'm kinda shell shocked right now. We found out the end of last week and got all the dates and everything on Friday...so here we go again!

I dont think it has fully hit me. The only way I can explain how I am feeling is this example...When you have a baby, or at least when I have had a baby, it takes a few years to forget about the pain of pregnancy and the actual birth to do it again. This is like that for me right now! The last time he was gone for 7 months is too fresh! He got back a little over a year ago and the pictures and everything are still fresh in my mind. I know this happens all the time and I know people people do this all the time and it "could be worse", he's "ONLY" leaving for 6-7 months...But this is a vent. I know we will all be ok. As long as he comes home safe and sound it's fine! :o) I dread the first 2 weeks he's gone. Those were the hardest for me.

Anyway, I just needed to get this out there and ask for prayers for all of us! Safety for Korry. Peace and Understanding for the kids. Wisdom and Sanity for me! I know things will be ok. I know we will get through this! It's just the fact that things will be completely different for over half a year...so anyway, I appreciate your prayers! :o)

Welcome to 2011...

Well the New year has begun and I feel like things are falling into place! Which is a Great feeling! We got back from our crazy trip to NM and TX seeing family over Christmas the 3rd of January. We had a Great trip and loved seeing all our friends and family, however next year we will be doing our traveling much different and not be gone so long. :o)
Kiley started her new school on Wednesday the 5th of January and she absolutely Loves her school and teacher and has made some friends.

We are thinking in the next few months we are going to join the YMCA and Brendan will play soccer and T-Ball and Kiley will be able to do Coach pitch and she will either be in Gymnastics or Ballet/Tap & Jazz...so we're looking around. So we shall see. There is a Gymnastics place down the road and I am hoping Brendan and Bailey will take a class during the day to get us out of the house. AND at the YMCA there is a great gym and Zumba and Aerobics classes in the mornings and a place for Brendan and Bailey to play while I go to the hour long class. SO I think that would be an Amazing benefit! :o)

Korry started a new class this week, so that means he will be MIA for the next 5 weeks! I feel so sorry for him during these classes. They dont let up. His usual hours are working out at 4:30 and comes home after dinner, about 7:30. So needless to say he has been exhausted! BUT he has 3 weeks after he gets done with a class where he goes in about 7:30-8 and gets home around 5...so those prepping for his next class are nice days! :o)

Looking Back...

I was looking back and reading my posts from last year and I wanted to emphasize how extremely grateful I am to all the men & Women over seas this Christmas season and to all the families at home missing them! Last Christmas was so hard without Korry there with us! So much happens while they're gone and you have to face it head on and be strong.

I am so happy Korry is able to be home with us right now! I am SO excited to celebrate as a family this year! I can't wait to start up our family traditions we missed last year and just be TOGETHER!!!

So anyway, I just wanted to put that out there and say thank you to all of the people who don't get to be together during this time! Our prayers are with you! God Bless All of our soldiers and their families!!! :o)

Too Early for Christmas Decorations?!

So we had a Terrific and EXHAUSTING Halloween weekend! It was SO much fun, but SO busy! On Friday Kiley had a field trip and Brendan had a Halloween party, then we went to a party at Korry's work and then to a High School football game...it was SO fun and by the time we got home...after 10 that night, we all just CRASHED! Then on Saturday, I had a hair appointment, which I dyed my hair brown, Again, and then CLEANED and CLEANED for company we invited over on Saturday night! We had some friends over on Saturday night and went trick or treating. They have 2 kids as well and they all had a lot of fun! Then we came home ordered pizza, put a movie on for the kids and played some games. It was nice to have some adult interaction. The next morning we woke up and went to church, had lunch with some friends and then came home, I cleaned out the car, it was SO GROSS, and then we went to the church carnival they have in the parking lot. It was a Blast! They had rides, booths, cotton candy machines...it was AWESOME! Then we went and had dinner with some friends, went home and took baths and crashed! SO, it was a crazy weekend, but lots of fun!
We also had a baseball throwing competition! It was fun and I got my butt kicked, lol! The kids did well, Brendan's fastest was I think 12 MPH, Kiley's was 20. Korry was the winner of the men with 61 and Jamey was the winner of the girls with 37! It was fun and I got a few pictures of the fun!!! ;)

So now that all my Halloween decorations are down I am ITCHING to start putting up Christmas decorations! Especially since this year we want to decorate the outside and put up lights and the whole 9 yards...so we will see if I can talk Korry into decorating this early...I had a hard time talking him into decorating at Thanksgiving, but since he missed Chirstmas last year because he was in Iraq, maybe he will be in the Christmas mood Early this year...lol...keep your fingers crossed! I also would like it to be decorated before my Mom and Tom come for Thanksgiving! So I have a lot of good points I will have to present to him, lol! ;)

Halloween ALREADY!?

So I am still in shock it's already Halloween and Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner! These past few months have been a whirlwind to say the least. The end of September we got to go on an Amazing family vacation to Disney World! It was a BLAST! Just what we needed to be together and have TONS of family fun! It was nice to not have anything to "DO" and no one to call or ask Korry to go into work, just good FAMILY TIME! We needed that!!! As soon as we got home from Disney World we closed on a new house and made the jump and moved off base! We are really enjoying it, but it's been a crazy hectic month since we moved and Korry started back to his crazy schedule of going in at 4am and coming home around 8pm...and me running the kids EVERYWHERE it feels like, but thats just life...crazy, but fun!

Last week we all got hit with the Stomach Flu...THANK GOODNESS it was short-lived, but it was NOT fun! Bailey came down with it on Tuesday night, then Brendan got it Thursday, Kiley borrowed it Friday then on Saturday we all felt great and we all went with some friends from church to a Pumpkin Patch and had a Great time...and then I woke up sick as a dog on Sunday morning, but by Sunday night, I was feeling alright! ;o) Korry didn't really get hit with it, so I am thankful for that! He is NO FUN when he is sick. ;o)

For Halloween this year the kids decided they wanted to be Super Heros'...so after looking through I don't know how many catalogs, we found a Batman Costume for Brendan, a "Pink" Batgirl costume for Kiley and a Robin Costume for Bailey! THey are SO Excited! It's going to be a fun and cute weekend! Since Halloween falls on a SUnday quite a few neighborhoods are doing the Trick or Treating on Saturday, so we will do that Saturday night and on Sunday we are going to our Harvest Carnival at church...so it will be a fulfilled weekend!!!

My Mom is getting to come down here for THanksgiving and the kids Fall Break is actually during THanksgiving, so they get a week off of school, so it will be fun for her to get to come and spend some time with all of us! :o) We'e very excited for that! She will be our first overnight guest in our new house, so I'm excited! :o)

Kiley is Officially SEVEN...

We had Kiley's Birthday party this weekend! It turned out ok, but MAN, it was more eventful than anticipated! We planned a pool party! After all this is Alabama and it's been HOT since the day we got here! And over the summer when it rains it just makes it hotter and more humid! ANYWAY, Kiley and her friends got to swim for about 45 minutes and it started raining...I mean RAINING! And it got COLD and BLEH! So then we got out of the pool had some pizza and did the cake and kinda wrapped things up early! None of the kids knew the difference, they were a little cold, but they all had fun and thankfully Kiley said it was an awesome party, so that was the point, so I'm happy! She got quite a few Great presents and had a great time! :o)
We went to the zoo on Sunday, it wasn't too hot and we needed to let the kids run off some energy. Our zoo it ok, not great, but it's worth going and the kids LOVE the zoo...so we were walking through the zoo and we stopped and we were watching the Kangaroo's. There was a guy out there feeding them and raking up their poop and all that fun stuff. While he was doing this, the "dominant" Kangaroo was getting closer and closer to him. and when he was raking and shoveling, the kangaroo pushed the guy, the guy took the rake and kinda patted him with it and told him to "Go On", the kangaroo got up on his tail and rocked back and fourth trying to punch this guy. The guy stood his ground, which I guess is what their taught, to teach them who's boss or whatnot...but the Kangaroo grabbed the bag he was shoveling stuff into and poured out all he had put in, anyway...this went on for a good 20 minutes...the guy was hitting him, not hard, but making him back off and telling him to BACK OFF...we were the only ones there in the beginning, by the time we left there was quite the crowd of people. I felt sorry for the poor guy, because he couldn't leave, he had to stand his ground, but man...it was like a Junior High Fight and people were just standing around watching it happen, lol! Anyway, I thought this was funny and worth sharing! I didn't have my camera, or this craziness would have been on youtube! I will never go ANYWHERE without it again, lol! :o)

Summer's Over...

So our Summer was Crazy Fast and Furious this year! Kiley has now started 1st grade and Brendan is doing the Pre-K this year. It's only 2 1/2 hours a day, but he is SO shy it truly helps him a lot! Anyway, we survived Korry's first "Summer Surge", which is 10 weeks of classes he teaches where he has insane hours, like 4am-8pm...so I am glad that's over and we're back to the 5 week classes and then we get a breather. So maybe it was a good thing to get that right from the get go...Now I am thankful for 5 week classes, lol!
THings have progressed here! I am going back to school starting the middle of September. I am SO excited and SO Nervous! I am going to do something I LOVE, but I'm overwhelmed, so we shall see how it plays out. I am doing a 1 year program in photography which will get me certified to be a Professional Photographer! I have been wanting to do something like this for so long, and now I am doing it, just jumping in. I would love to capture people's memories they will have forever and make Beautiful pictures, but my true goal is do do mission work and take pictures there and spread awareness, but obviously that is WAY down the line! :o)
Our DIsney World trip is FINALLY approaching us! We planned this trip it seems like years ago, real life months ago, but it's FINALLY in the near future! As soon as this class is over for Korry we are going for a WEEK to Disney World for our FIRST Official FAMILY VACATION!!! We have never gone anywhere just us and it's finally happening! SO I am thrilled and excited and the kids are insanely excited! Already asking...how many days, lol.
Kiley will be SEVEN on Saturday! Can you believe that!? I can not! It seems like yesterday she was learning how to walk and talk and now she has grown up on us! She is having a pool party and has invited her class and kids from church, so we will have PLENTY of kids there, lol! But that is what has been our main focus this week, is when is my Birthday, who has RSVP'd...etc...etc...etc. She is too funny!
Since Fall is supposedly in the air (still in the high 90's most days here) we're starting to look into sports and activities for the kiddo's. Brendan has been BEGGING us to let him play Basketball, so we're looking into that, but I don't think he is old enough yet. And Kiley is on a waiting list along with Brendan to do Gymnastics. SO hopefully we will be able to start that when we get back from Disney World. She also wanted to start playing golf, but she has to be 8 to start that, so next year.
Well we have had a Crazy few months, but things aren't slowing down anytime soon, so...anyway, I hope everyone is enjoying the start to a new school year. And come and visit when you can and we will go down to Destin, FL and stay on the Beach!!! ;o)

Wow, it's been a While.

SO I am here in Montgomery Alabama. We got here the end of February. It's been a crazy move, but the weather is great! :o) Kiley is enjoying school and now has 16 days of Kindergarten left, I can't believe she has been in school a year already and she will be in 1st grade in a few months! I am super excited for this summer though, except that Korry has CRAZY hours ALL SUMMER!!! So that won't be great, but we have some friends visiting and I will hopefully get to visit some family this summer. And there is a pool right around the corner and movies and just have fun with the kids with the Beautiful weather! Bailey turned one the end of last month and he is now walking. He is adorable and SO much fun! Bailey, Brendan & I have kept busy fixing up the house and yard...it was HORRIBLE! SO it took a while and is a work in progress, at least the yard is...right now the house is finished. I am going to put up a slideshow of our house. SO you'll have to let me know what you think. We are headed to San Antonio to meet some family next weekend for Bailey's Birthday party. We had cake and ice cream here with just the 5 of us and it was cute and fun, but we're going to have fun at Sea World. The kids are so so excited!!! Anyway, thats all I have for now. I will try to stay more on top of this blog. I hope everyone has a Great weekend! :o)

So...This has been a heck of a Year! But the last few months have been extremely grueling! We found out at Thanksgiving my Grandma has Pancreatic Cancer and only had 6 months to live and about 3 weeks later this disease took her life. She was a Wonderful woman! The kind of woman I hope I am to my husband, Children, grandchildren! She was an Amazing example of a christian woman! She will be more than missed and I know I will see her again someday! We Love her Very much! Obviously this happened while Korry is deployed, so that was hard on us both. I wish he was here for that, but I went to NM with Kiley, Brendan & Bailey and we got to see family at the funeral I hadn't seen in Years and Years and people my kids had never met, so that was really great!
Korry will be home in about 3 weeks...so I am SO excited and ready for that! We all are! We will be moving to Alabama the end of the month...and on our way we will be visiting family and friends in NM, TX & OK! So we are all really excited about that!
I am a little nervous though...I have a TON to do before he comes home. I was sup posted to get it all done during Christmas Break, but circumstances prevented that...so it will have to get done in the next few weeks!
So next week my friend Bonnie and I are going to our SPA DAY! We have been trying to nail this down for a while now and it could not come at a better time!!! SO SO SO NEEDED!!! We are being pampered for about 4 HOURS!!! It will be PHENOMENAL!!! :o) So I am SUPER SUPER Excited about that!
Anyway, I am thankful for all of my friends and family! I love you all and I hope you have a GREAT 2010!!! God Bless!!! :o)

A "Little" Stressed...

So there has been a new development in our move that was supposted to happen this coming summer. Well we found out earlier this week that we have orders to Montgomery Alabama for Korry to teach OTS (Officer Training School) and we have to leave the 30th of JANUARY!!! Yes that IS the same month Korry should be back from his deployment! So this means that he will barely have time to get back here and in-process from his deployment before we leave here and drive ACROSS the country. SO I am a "little" stressed and not quite sure even where to begin. I have to do Korry's out processing for him and schedule people to pack and move us, decide what we can live without for a month or two and pack what we "Need" for our trip and the things we want to move with us and SO SO SO Much more! There are just SO many things that need to be done and it doubles the time it takes when you're by yourself and with 3 kids. So my list seems to Grow and Grow everyday as I think of what MORE needs to be done before Korry gets back and we leave. So prayers for sanity, patience and wisdom would be GREATLY appreciated! I know this will all work out and things will be ok, but even though I KNOW this...I still have the thoughts...Kiley leaving the beginning of the second semester, Korry not even being over Jet Lag when we start driving on our trip, trying to get back to being a "Whole" fmaily while also planning a major move, trying to say goodbye to all the wonderful friends we have made while we have been up here in the 1-2 weeks we have before we have to leave, seeing all our friends on our "journey" to Alabama and trying to find a house in our price-range, good school district and that's is available...Most of the ones we look at aren't available until the earliest end of June. So Anyway, prayers would be appreciated and endurance will be needed, lol! I hope everyone enjoys the rest of your weekend! :o)

Ahhh! Brothers! :o)

So this weekend was a little harder than I expected. It just kinda caught be off guard. We went to a Halloween Carnival and we all had a good time. The kids had a blast and that was great! And then I tried to keep myself and the kids busy, as to not to have to think about the missing link to our family, and we went to make "Halloween" Gingerbread Houses here on base. Then it was time to trick or treat and it just HIT me...I am here and doing this all by myself. I always know I am alone, but there are those moments that it's just WAY more apparent than others. As we walked down the street I was carrying Bailey so he would be warm and had Kiley & Brendan and it was just Depressing...all the families and friends running together. All the parents taking pictures of their kids while they walked together...It was horrible. I think I was the most bitter that I had been since the first 2 weeks Korry was gone. I felt sick to my stomache. I know this is like my own personal pitty party and I am sorry!

Anyway, I stayed inside yesterday and didn't even attempt going anywhere...I didn't feel very well, but the real reason was I really didn't want to see anyone and I wanted to just get past "This" Feeling! I hate it!!! I like being in control of my feelings and knowing when things are gonna hurt...Like I KNOW Thanksgiving and Christmas are gonna suck...I just know that, but Halloween, I was not expecting it to be a hard on the emotions kinda day! I knew it would be more difficult since I was taking 3 kids by myself trick or treating, but emotional...NO! But it WAS! It was Craziness!

Anyway, Bailey had his 6 month appointment today and he is doing great! He is in the 75th percentile in weight and height and in the 90th in his head...I don't know what it is about my boys, but they have big heads! But he weighed 18 lbs. So he is doing great! He will be crawling before I know it and I want him to, but I am going to have to start baby proofing again.

Aside from the meltdown over the weekend the kids had a Great time on Halloween. Kiley was a Bumblebee, Brendan was Spiderman and Bailey was Superman! I was very protected with all 3 of my superhero's! Kiley decided she wanted to be the "Girl" version of Bumblee from Transformers, so she was a "Superhero" too! ;o) Anyway, time is passing and we are progressing, so that is good news! I am excited for November to be over, because there is actually things to look forward to in December, November I feel is going to DRAG...so I am not excited for that!

But December should be fun and should go by quickly, lets hope! My Mom is coming to visit for about 5 days the 2nd week of December and I am very excited for Tops in Blue to come, they will be here on the 9th. So those 2 things are going to be lots of fun! :o)

Anyway, I am sorry for the depressing 2 paragraphs, but I hope everyone had a Great Halloween and has a great November since I have not been the best "blogger" I don't know when the next post will be, but hopefully not 2-3 months between them! ;o)

THREE Months Later...

So it has been almost 3 months since I have posted anything on here...SO Much has been going on, so lack of stuff is definitely not the reason for lack of posts! So here is the "short" version of the last 3 months...

We went to New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma on our trip back home this summer, put over 5,000 miles on our car...so insane, but it was a good trip, won't do it again for a LONG time, especially without Korry, but it was a lot of fun! We got to go to see my sister and her 3 kiddo's and they all got along surprisingly well! It was nice to get some time at nights to play cards, drink margarita's and sit with my sister and her husband! It was a good time! :o) Then we went and saw my Grandparents and cousins that live around there, it was also a lot of fun! We hardly ever get to see them, so it was nice! Then we went and saw my Mom and her husband Tom and stayed there for awhile and went down to San Antonio to see Korry's parents. That was fun, we drove around the base down there and went to Sea World and swam in their pool every day! The kids LOVED it because they live near a farm and the animals all come around their house, and they got to feed them, so everyday was like waking up at the zoo, lol! It was fun! Then we also got to drop in on my friends from Oklahoma. It was a short visit, but it was Good to see them! And finally on our way home we stopped in Colorado Springs and saw some friends of ours, my MUCH MISSED Neighbors, from here in Montana and we had lunch with them and stayed and visited with them...so it was a VERY long trip, but again, very fun and worth it! :o)
When we got home Kiley and Brendan started swimming lessons 2 days later and it was FREEZING! SO SO Cold and Brendan Hated it, but Kiley did really well! So it was ok, but I was Very glad when it was over, lol!
Kiley started Kindergarten this year and had her sixth birthday 2 days later. She is LOVING school! She had her Birthday at the club here on base and it was a lot of fun! I still can not believe she is 6 years old! She is back in Gymnastics and is really enjoying it. I went ahead and put her in the class with the first graders, which is definitely more challenging for her, but she was bored in the other class and she is learning SO many cool things in this one, so I think it was a good decision!
Brendan turned 3 in June and he is in Gymnastics too! This is the first year that he is on his own! He goes to the 3-5 year old class and he really enjoys it...it took him a class or 2 to want to go by himself, but now he is excited when they get to go. He is also going to a Baptist Pre-School here in town 2 days a week for 2 1/2 hours and he LOVES it! He has actually learned a lot and comes home everyday with something new to share, so that has been neat. We will probably take him out when Korry gets back, but just having that 5 hours a week has been good for both of us to have a little bit of a break and he loves it, so it has been a win win! ;o)
Bailey will be 5 months old tomorrow! That is so crazy! He had his 4 month appointment a few weeks ago and he was 16 lbs and in the 90th percentile! He rolls ALL over and is the happiest little guy you will ever meet! I am very excited for Korry to get home to share all his adorable little traits he has! He is an Amazing little guy!
Korry has been keeping himself busy. He started a course for his Master's Degree a few weeks ago and will start another one the first of October, so that will be nice to get a few outta the way before he gets home. He has been staying pretty busy. He works 6 1/2 days a week and tries very hard to work out everyday, so he tried to keep himself as busy as possible!
As for me, I have been keeping myself busy as well, lol! I try to work in Kiley's classroom as much as I can. I am going to start putting Fall and Winter clothes on e-bay this next week, so that will keep me busy in itself, lol! I have been trying to ride my bike a lot with the kids. I went and got a Bike trailer for 2 of them and then Kiley rides her own bike sometimes, but when we go on our Mile(S) rides, I have a seat on the back of mine as well that Kiley and Brendan "fight" and rotate over, lol! I am excited for Fall to get here because that means things are changing and moving closer to when Korry will get home! :o) I am in the middle of the Twilight books and I LOVE them! I think I will be sad when I get through with them! But they are really, really Great books! So that has been a lot of fun! We are excited for Halloween to get here. We already have the kids costumes! Kiley will be a Bee, Brendan will be a Spider and Bailey a Caterpillar. Kiley wants me to be the Butterfly, but we shall see, lol!

Gotta Run...Gotta Run...

So this last week I had a GREAT idea...Let's run a half marathon in less than 3 months, lol! Let me just say, I ran in cross country and track high school, I even ran some in college, but it has been a LONG time since I have run, especially run Mile(S)...lol! So my friends Allen, Bonnie and I decide we can do this! And then printed of the training schedule!!! Actually Allen made up some training schedules for us...THANKS ALLEN!!! :o) Man my goal is gonna be a little more difficult than I thought, but I am gonna do it!!! It won't be the easiest with 3 kids and Korry gone, but I think it's do-able and will help me get this dad gum baby weight off of me!!! Which would be AWESOME!!! SO that's exciting! SO Korry was skeptical at first...with good reason, I am a fare weather worker-outer...so he was skeptical, but now I think we knows I am serious and really want to do this! I think it will be challenging and fun and will definitely give me something to do for the next 2 1/2 months...RUN!!! ;o) SO I am excited and Korry is excited for me too! Anyway, this was a random, small post, but I thought I would let you all know! Just pray for me that I will be able to do this and meet my goal without killing myself, lol! One Week Down...

I swear...this has been the Longest week of my life! It feels like he has been gone for at least a month! The kids ask all the time how much longer until Christmas...because we told them he would be home shortly after Christmas...and I tell them lots and lots of days and leave it at that. So we're taking it day by day.

Right now they are super excited about our trip this weekend. We are leaving Saturday for Billings, MT to meet my Mom. She is flying in that night and then we will leave Sunday morning on our Journey through NM & TX. It's going to be a SUPER long trip, but we're going to be able to see all our family and do lots of fun things, so hopefully the driving time will go by fast! We will be in NM for about 2 weeks and then TX for 2 weeks too, so if you're around there let me know and we can meet up!

I am dreading the driving though, lol! It's 20 hours to my sisters house, 4 hours to my Grandparents, 8 hours to my Mom's house, 4 hours to Korry's parents house/ Sea World, 4 hours back to my Mom's house and then 24 hours back to Great Falls...WHOA!!! A little Crazy...but it will be broken up, so hopefully it won't break me, lol! ;o)

So we have 5 days until we leave and our week is looking good this far! I have decieded having a busy week is MUCH better than having a week with nothing to do!!! I had nothing to do last week and it was painfully awful!!! It went by so slow!!! So tomorrow Bailey has his 2 month Dr.'s appointment and then I have a hair appointment Friday morning (Which I am SO SO Excited for) and the relay for life Friday night...so hopefully with all those things and packing will make this week go by fast and hopefully smoothly!!!

I am also hoping my friend Bonnie has her baby sometime this week so I can see her little guy before I leave! I am excited and I know she is ready! SO that will be lots of fun too! :o) Anyway, I hope things are going well for everyone! And if you would continue to keep Korry in your prayers I would appreciate it. He has one more week of training before he leaves for Virginia and then to his base overseas. I know he is ready for his training to be over and get this thing started, as are we! Thank you all for your support and prayers! :o)

So today was a lot of fun!!! For one I think I got about 8 hours of sleep last night. Which was AWESOME considering I had been up until after 4am since Korry left each night and was Exhausted! So that was great. But the fun stuff was a friend of mine and her 2 daughters came over and we let the kids play and I got to have Adult "girl" talk!!! Which was Great! I had been stuck indoors with a sick son and no one to talk to, so that was a nice change of events! But then her husband called and there was a C5 up at the airport and we not only got to go see it, we got to go in it! The kids were so excited and had so much fun. My friend Bonnie stayed with her youngest daughter and Bailey and her husband and I took Kiley, Brendan & Devin up in the airplane. So it was fun! Here are some pictures of it. We also got to see another airplane, I have no idea what it was, but people were waiting in line to take rides in it for $300 a person!!! WHOA, must be a cool airplane! ;o) This is a short post, but I wanted to share our first fun day since Korry left! So it has Finally begun! We took Korry to the airport this morning. We left about 4:45, so the kids were all in their Jammies, but it was good for them to get to say their goodbyes to him. It was a little worse than I thought it would be, but I am glad the dreading and anticipating for the most part is over. I know it will be hard, but I know God is watching over him and he will be safe, we are just missing him terribly...Already! I would really appreciate you keeping him, me, Kiley, Brendan and Bailey, in your prayers! I know that would help tremendously! So in just one week Korry will be on his way to New Jersey for his training. I am all over the place with emotions! I am scared I am not going to be able to do this on my own and mess up our kids forever. I am nervous something will happen and I will not know what to do. I am relieved this is finally starting so it can get over with. I am sad for the kids and for Korry that he will miss 7 months of their lives. I am already feeling lonely that I will not have my best friend to experience the next 7 months of our lives and our family life. I am afraid to ask for help, this is definitely a huge struggle for me. So as you can see I am ALL OVER THE PLACE! It's a roller coaster, so I am trying to keep myself busy and keep that as the plan until he comes home in Jan/Feb.

There is one thing I would like to ask you all to pray for! Bailey has yet to Smile at us and it's getting closer and closer to when korry is going to leave. I know this sounds kinda dumb, but this is a milestone and there are not many at this age and I know Korry wants to see at least one in person and not have to see it second hand in a picture or over the web cam! So PLEASE just pray Bailey will give a HUGE goofy grin before Korry leaves. I would really appreciate it!

Anyway, I have to get some things done! So I will write more later! I hope you all are having a Great week! :o) I also have put some pictures that were taken of us this last weekend at our church family retreat and VBS. :o)

It has been over a month since I have posted a blog and SO much has happened in the last month! So anyway, Bailey will be 6 weeks old tomorrow. It's a bitter sweet! He is adorable and gets cuter everyday, but as the days pass it gets harder since we know Korry will be leaving soon. Korry leaves on Tuesday morning for the week and then will be back for a week and then he will leave the 15th until Jan/Feb. So we're getting prepared for this, as prepared as you can get I guess.
This last weekend was Crazy! I think everyone either had a Birthday, promoted or graduated this weekend, LOL! We had a last minute "early" birthday party for Brendan this last weekend so Korry could be there for at least one of their Birthdays, and Brendan's is the end of June, so it wasn't "too" early. We had a lot of fun! Brendan was excited and it was planned in 3 days, so thank you to all everyone who could come "major" last minute! The mosqitoes ate us alive, but it was a success! And then we had 2 Birthday parties to go to on Saturday! SO it was Craziness, but in a good, exhausting kinda way!!! ;o) It was also a milestone for Ms. Kiley! Kiley got out there on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon and learned how to ride her bide without training wheels!!! It was SO Exciting to see her riding out there! So proud of herself and I am so glad Korry go to be there for it before he left! It was the most priceless thing ever!!! We are both SO proud of our little girl! She is just growing up too fast!
But now we're trying to get ready for the next couple of months. The kids and I are going on a whirlwind road trip after Korry leaves. We will go to New Mexico and then to Texas and then back to Great Falls in about a month so we can be back before Kiley starts school and also so Brendan & Kiley can still take swimming lessons here! :o) It will be fun. We are going to take advantage of the things we miss out on here. We're going to be able to go to Sea World and to the zoos and for me "SHOPPING", lol. There are quite a few good outlets malls in Texas that I am going to take advantage of while we're there. So it will be a fun and Exhausting trip for all involved, lol! But we're excited to see everyone!
So Bailey is 6 weeks old! I can not believe how fast the last month and a half has gone by. It feels like it was just winter, lol...thats because it snowed about a week ago, lol! But he is growing up and starting to stay awake a little more often and talk in his own way, so it's very cute! I am really hoping he starts smiling before Korry leaves so he can see that in person and not over webcam and pictures for the first time!
Also a few weeks ago Korry's parents came up to see us before Korry left. It was a nice Memorial day weekend and the weather was awesome! We got to go to the park by the river and we also got to take the kids to the pond on base and we taught them to fish! It was so cute to watch them and they were so excited everytime they saw something that resembled a fish...granted all they caught were sticks, but they still had a blast and want to go and do it again! :o)

Our Beautiful Baby Boy!!!

Well as most of you already know we welcomed our Beautiful baby boy, Bailey Michael, into the world on Monday night, the 20th at 9:55. It was a Super Fast and Crazy night! I was having contractions pretty much all day, but nothing too bad. It was a Beautiful day! We had gone to the park and then came home and played outside for a little while. Then while Kiley and Brendan were taking their naps I set up the pool, YES the Pool, in the backyard to see if they would like to swim when they woke up from their naps. It was about 75 degrees and there was no wind, which is unheard of in Great Falls. So anyway, when they woke up they were SUPER excited to see the pool and they wanted their swimsuits on and they went for it! It was a BLAST! Never thought growing up in the South that a 75 degree day would mean going swimming, lol! But they swam for a little over an hour and then came inside for a warm bath. Korry came home while they were in the bath and we got them out and ate dinner. We had spaghetti for dinner, so another bath was in store after we ate. While they were taking their baths my contractions started getting a little more intense, but again, nothing horrible, just a little longerand stronger. So we got them dressed and ready for bed and I laid down on the couch in our computer room. It was about 8:30 and I Jump up and tell Korry I think my water had broken and sure enough...it had. So I call my next door neighbor and ask her if she would come over and stay here with Kiley and Brendan. So I started panicing a little bit and took a shower and by then the contractions were right on top of each other and CRAZY painful, lol! So I did the thing any crazy woman in labor would do, I started cleaning my bathrooms, lol! Yeah I am not quite sure WHAT I was thinking!? So Korry came and got me to stop cleaning and get me into the car and we headed to the hospital. We got there about 9:30 and had to wait for an escort up to labor and delivery because the main doors were closed. So about 9:45 they came down and got us and took me to my room. My Dr. got in there and I put on a gown and "politely" asked for my epidural, lol. She said she needed to check me and put my IV in and then they would do that. So she checks me and then the great news came, lol...I was ready to push...he was RIGHT there and coming fast! So I kinda panicked, my worst fear would EVER be doing this without any pain medication, and I didn't even have an IV yet...so I pushed about 4-5 times and he was here! He was born at 9:55. He was apparently in shock at how fast he came as well and had to be put on oxygen for a few minutes. SO then Korry got to hold him and then I got him for about an hour before Korry went with him to the nursery to get all checked out. So all in all it was an exciting adventure and he is here! Safe and Sound with some bruising, lol! But here are some pictures! I hope everyone is having a Great week! :o)

We had a Beautiful Easter weekend! The weather was perfect, a little windy on Easter day, but other than that it was Picture PERFECT! Kiley and Brendan got to do a lot of egg hunting this year. Some friends of ours from church had an easter egg hunt on Friday afternoon and they really loved that! They have a HUGE backyard and they hid TONS of eggs for all the kids from church, so that was lots of fun.
Then on base they have a childrens Easter carnival for all the little kids on Saturday. They have little booths, door prizes, lots of food and a jumper for kids to get worn out for naptime, lol! But it was exciting, both Kiley and Brendan won a door prize this year, they were so excited! Kiley won a leapster TV and Brendan won Lincoln Logs. They also got to meet the Easter Bunny and get lots of candy, so they had a blast! Then that night they had SO much fun dying Easter eggs, it was a pretty big mess by the end, but they had a blast. They each got to choose one package of dye to paint their eggs. Kiley chose Disney Princess and Brendan chose Star Wars. So they had a lot of fun putting all the stickers and things on the eggs and then dying them. They came out pretty dark. Brendan dyed most of his eggs every color, he didn't want to stop putting them in the different colors, lol!
Then on Sunday morning they woke up to find what the Easter Bunny brought them. Kiley got a Belle Doll and some littlest pet shops and a my little pony. Brendan got some spider man things, a "boy" littlest pet shop, a lightening mcqueen car and some candy and then they both got light swords, lol! They were very excited. Then we went to church and then came home and they hunted for Easter eggs with our friends from next door 2 kids. So all in all it was Beautiful Weather and just a great weekend spent as a family! I hope everyone also had a Great Easter weekend and a Great week this week! :o)

A little Overwhelmed...

So, we found out last week that Korry will be deploying this summer for 6 months and we're not sure how much training he will have, but it will probably add up to about 7 months. This information alone would have been enough for me, but in the last 2 weeks there have been many new "discoveries" I guess you can call it. We found out our little guy will be coming earlier than we thought. He is bigger than they thought he would be and we're having an ultrasound on the 14th to decide how soon we should induce and how big he will be. So anyway, it may not sound like a lot, but when you think you have so much time, when someone takes away some of that time, it gets kinda crazy! So anyway, we also found out that before Korry leaves he has to turn in his choices on where we want to move next year when he gets back from his deployment. Quite a few of our top choices are not available to us right now and the ones available are not my first choices for various resons...so anyway, I am getting frustrated with all these things we have to do and now we have minimal time to do them in since we are apparently having this baby early and then soon there after Korry will be leaving for his deployment. So this is a lot of information to digest and then figure out what to do with it all.
So this has not been the best week for me. If I only think about these things separetely, it isn't so bad and I don't really have a hard time, but when I think about the big picture of all the changes coming...Having a newborn, Korry leaving, Kiley starting school and making plans to move somewhere new and have choices to make in this area...this is SO SO SO Overwhelming to me!!! So I am trying very hard to take these one at a time, but as most of you know...this is not the easiest task to take on.
So anyway, I am sorry this all got dumped on here, but I am a little taken back and I guess this is kinda an outlet! So please just keep us and my sanity in your prayers, I could really use them! I hope everyone is having a good weekend and I will talk to you all soon! :o)

Ok, so last night we were trying to figure out what to do, so we drove around, took a movie back and ended up at Old Navy. They were having a big sale on their newborn clothes, so we went and looked around. Anyway, as we are leaving Brendan tells us he has to go to the bathroom. We're already all in the car and driving away, so I ask him if he can hold it until we get home. He tells me he can, but lets hurry, lol! So we are going home and we get to the gate to get on base. We are sitting there and they are taking a while. So we get up there and they are looking over our ID's "Throughly" and Brendan yells from the backseat, "Tell him I have to go Potty". LOL...It was HILARIOUS! The gate guard heard him and everyone just starts dying laughing. It was Really funny! So anyway, this was a random post and story, but I thought it was funny enough to share. Oh, and by the way he made it home and got some choc. kisses for it! YAY BRENDAN! I hope everyone has a Great Friday and weekend! :o)

Never Fails...

So Korry went on a TDY this week to a Public Affairs Conference in Washington DC. He left Monday and is going to be back Friday afternoon sometime. So I was actually a little excited to have a few days to myself, get some things done and just BE. BUT, last week I went to the Dr. and she said I had a misplaced disc in my back that is floating (my words, she was more technical, lol) due to all the fluids in my body because of the pregnancy. I have never had this before with Kiley or Brendan and my back was hurting REALLY bad. So she said all they could so was put my on some muscle relaxers to make sure I could at least sleep at night. So I can only take them at night because they knock me out...which is nice to get me to sleep, but not so nice when there is only you. SO ANYWAY, Korry has been helping me a lot the last week since I can't do much! So the thought of him being gone for the week was a little scary!

So on Monday is wasn't too bad, he brought up all the laundry Sunday night so I would be able to put it away and helped with whatever he could before he left. But Tuesday on the other hand was the Worst day ever...it wasn't like something big and awful happened, it was a bunch of little things all piled up! First our stupid dog pooped in her cage after I had just let her out, because it was cold and she wanted inside so I had tons of fun cleaning that up, then I was wiping Brendan after he went to the bathroom and was going for a baby wipe when he fell backwards and got poop all over the carpet, then the worst thing was I lit a candle that I had to make the dog poop smell go away and forgot about it and the "RED" wax over-flowed all over our "CREAM" carpet in the living room...and this all on top of my back KILLING me. SO this was just not the best day...poor Korry "loved" hearing about it on the phone that night, lol! We still have a nice redish tint to our carpet, I am going to have to have someone come out and clean it professionally, unless someone knows a really neat trick to get wax out of carpet.

I am hoping the rest of the week goes much smoother. Today was actually pretty good, I got caught up on all my laundry and my house is all clean and Kiley and Brendan were Super good, now the trick will be keeping it that way until Friday when Korry comes home, lol! So anywho, I am sorry for this long post, but I needed to vent a little and there is no one here...so this I guess is it for now. Hope everyone has a Great rest of your week and weekend! :o)

So a while back Korry got to use the camera they have in their office at work and he LOVED it! It's a Super nice camera, but we had a nice camera and I didn't think spending that much money on something we already had was a "necessity" at this point in time. So anyway, a few weeks ago the zoom button on our camera wasn't working and it was the Biggest pain...(I swear Korry rigged this somehow, lol ;o) so we had been saving up for a trip to Canada to see a hockey game and he started looking at tickets and they are CRAZY expensive...so anyway, he got to choose either the camera or the trip and he excitedly chose the camera, lol! So we got it in the mail and watched the DVD and read all about it and thought this will be our new hobby! And it's now our hobby turned OBSESSION, lol! We went out today and took pictures and it was SO much fun! We can do it as a family and then we take them home and are "attempting" photoshop...that stupid program is crazy complicated...lol! No More Diapers!!!

So a week ago Brendan decided he wanted to wear his Big Boy Underwear! I honestly thought it would not last very long and he would be back in his diaper as soon as he realized he had to actually get on the toilet and go. We treid this about a month ago and went out and let him pick out underwear and all that fun stuff, and it lasted a day. So anyway, I thought this would be the same thing, but I wasn't even about to discourage him! My goal has always been to only have one child in diapers at a time. It worked with Kiley before Brendan was born, but from what I had heard from other people Boys are a completely different ball game. So anyway, Brendan has not had ONE accident as far as going potty in his underwear since he decided he wanted to wear them. We JUST got the pooping thing (sorry for those with no kids on this mental image, lol! ;o) down on Friday, so we're SUPER excited. He has been going on his own for a week now and I am THRILLED!!! No more Diapers, for at least a few more months! So anyway, I was Really excited and proud of our little man! He got to go to Target and pick out a new toy of his choice from Target yesterday, so YAY!!! He was so sweet too, we told him he could pick 2 and he said he would pick one and Kiley could pick the other...AHHHH! Now let's just hope #3 is as easy as his older siblings!!! :o) I hope you all have a Great rest of your week! :o)

So here I am SO close to my 30 week point and we have...No Name!!! Not even a clue! We both have ideas, which would be great...Except, we CAN NOT agree for the life of us. SO I am not saying this will help by ANY means, but here are the names I thought of and I would like opinions...NOT Criticicm...that would not be helpful, lol. Maybe a better way to put it would be a poll! So here they are. We might not choose ANY of these, but here are my thoughts as of right now. So here we go...

So today was my Birthday and it was a Great day! We started it out like a normal Saturday. We went to Kiley's Ballet class and then to Home Depot for their monthly projects, by the way the kids had a Blast!!! And then we went out with some friends to Fudd Ruckers and ate and then home. I was not expecting anything, I did however expect flowers, because the flower people called my cell phone instead of Korry's...he was not a happy camper. So anyway, we went on a trip to Target and with some help from our friends, Korry planned such a cute little surprise for me! It was TOO Cute! He had our friends decorate while we were gone with streamers and Balloons and all the "party" stuff! I have not had that for a Birthday in forever, it was Such a Great surprise! And he got me a movie I really wanted and 2 cards, one from him and one from Kiley and Brendan! It was Great! I also got a gift card for a spa here in town from Kamee, my good friend here, which I am pretty sure will be used up farely soon for a nice relaxing massage...SUPER excited about this!!! I also got some Beautiful Tulips from Korry and the kids! I have to say one of the BEST Birthdays I have ever had!!! SO thank you to Korry and his little helpers, lol! I REALLY Appreciate this one!!! :o)

So for the last month or so, Kiley has been asking to get her ears pierced. We kinda put it off thinking she would forget about it and that would be that, but the last week she had been asking EVERYDAY and Korry and I decided a long time ago that the only rule we had for this, was we wanted to wait until "She" was ready and until she could clean it by herself and take care of it herself. So last night was Kiley's Big Night! She was SO Excited! I told her after ner nap Daddy would be home and then we would all go and get her ears pierced. So ALL day she was asking, is daddy home, can we go get my ears pierced now!? So it was pretty cute! We got there and she picked out the ones she wanted and they did it. She was a little nervous at first and had TONS of questions, but she didn't cry move or flinch and they turned out Adorable! She looked in the mirror and just Glowed, it was too cute! She is still very excited to talk and tell everyone about it. Anyway, it was a special day and I am glad she was and IS Still So Excited! I hope everyone has a Great weekend too! :o)

Well I have come to LOVE Saturday's around here. We get up, all os us get ready and take Kiley to her Ballet/Tap class. It's fun and gives us some family time and gets us out of the house! This Saturday was SO SO Cold, so there is no way we would have gotten out of the house otherwise.

I have to share these pictures of Kiley at her class this week. She ahs taken to this SO well, I was very impressed and surprised in how much she has learned and how fast it just keeps coming. It's SO cute to watch her looking in the mirror, making sure she is doing it right. She is definetly the smallest in the class (but she is also one of the younger ones, only one other girl who is 5), but also Definetly the most flexible! It's crazy how she can bend that little body of hers! I will have to try to sneak in there next week and get a picture of her during the stretching part, my camera died right before they did that and they "tumbling" part of the class, so I didn't get her laying on her stomache and touching her feet to her head, lol! She was very excited when she found out that she was the only one who could do it without help, lol! Anyway, I just thought I would share that little story with you!

Brendan's First Day...

Brendan had his First class for Gymnastics today! It was too cute! He really had fun. He had some trouble, he is NOT a fan of the trampoline, but Kiley stepped in and tried to help him. She kinda took over the "Mommy" and me Class and made it the "Big Sister" and me class. She kept clapping and saying "good Job Brendan" when he did something right, it was adorable! I was very proud of both of them. Since Kiley has Ballet/Tap classes now, we had to explain to her that this was "Brendans" class not hers and she was there to help him. So she definetly took the advice to heart and did her best, while having SO much fun herself!!!

Anyway, thats about it for now. Except it's getting cold again here. It had been in the 40's and 50's for the past week or so (I know not "warm" for the southerner's, but warm for here), but now it's supposted to get back into the zero-20 kinda days and we're looking for a snow storm of 4-5 inches the next 2-3 days, so YAY, lol! The Beginning of the New Year...

So we're finally in the New Year and we're So busy! I was filling out our 2009 calendar and I can not believe how busy life has gotten. I guess you just don't realize "HOW" busy until it's just sitting there in front of you!
So anyway, Kiley started ballet/tap this past Saturday and she LOVES it! It's so cute to watch her lite up when she learns things! She is definetly my "GIRL" she is ALL girl! I guess since I only have one thats a good thing! But she will have a recital in May and she is super excited about that. Brendan will start Gymnastics this Thursday, so that will be good for them both to have something to do during the week. I think he really will enjoy it!

The Pregnancy is going well. We had our 20 week ultrasound and everything looked good so now I am creeping up to the 25 week point, so thats exciting, another turning point. Except for the craziness of hormones, everything will hopefully go smoothly from here on out...let's just pray that it does!!! :o)

Forever...

Wow, it has been too long since I have updated this thing! This has been a crazy few months! We got put on the "Vulnerable" move list...and I should know by now NOTHING is certain in this job field, but a few weeks later we got taken off and we were told we would be here another 6 months to a year longer. I actually thought I would be a lot more upset than I am! I am actually a little relieved Kiley will start school here and I will be able to meet her teacher and be able to be so close to the school. I have also made friends here and am not ready to have to make new ones, lol!
Today it snowed here...FINALLY! Man it usually is already freezing and cold and would have snowed here tons, but today was the 2nd time it had snowed this winter. So it has been kinda weird without it. But it was so pretty, it was nice. The roads were awful, but that's just Montana for you...and the drivers have NO IDEA how to drive in this weather, it's awful! They drive insanely fast and they are surprised when they slide and wreck...I would say it's just commen sense, but ya never know, lol!
So our Ice rink is FINALLY opening here and Korry is Thrilled! Has already gone and gotten Kiley and Brendan skates, so cute! He is ecstatic that he will be able to teach them how to Ice Skate! I will be sitting on the side lines taking pictures! I am excited! I think Korry is going to try to become a ref. at some of the games. Since we don't have the money for him to play and right now he Definitely does not have the time, this is the next best thing! ;o)
Korry came home last week with tickets to the "Holiday" express, I guess it's Montana's version of the Polar Express! Kiley and Brendan...mostly Brendan, are SO Excited about it. My Mom will be here, so she will be able to come too, so it will be a Very memorable Night!
We're all ready for Christmas. I put the tree up and got all the presents wrapped and underneath it a week before Thanksgiving, Korry thought I was nuts! I was just so excited! We went to Denver for Thanksgiving, so we weren't going to be able to put it up when we usually do, so he finally helped me get it upstairs. I had a Blast and so did Kiley and Brendan!

So, I know I am going to get some flak for writing this, but after seeing this video, I felt like I could not just sit there and let my voice not be heard! This is a touchy subject and I am not writing this to bash anyone, but I do feel like there is a voice that is not being heard because they are afraid of "Political Correctness". In my opinion Gay Marriage is wrong. I believe this because that's what the Bible teaches. My children will be brought up knowing this as well. I feel this is something that lies in the hands of Parents! I think schools who teach same sex marriage and give you no alternative are taking away my right as a parent to teach MY child. It is honestly one of the most horrifying things I have ever heard of ... that if my child goes to a school in a state where same sex marriage is legal that this WILL be part of their curriculum! They will send home books that teach this and I strongly disagree! There is no other option, you can't opt out or be notified when they teach these things. Because it's legalized it will be taught just like any other thing! They will not let us teach ANY sort of religion or even have a prayer,BUT they can teach this?!?! I watched this video and thought it was very informative! It's about a couple who lives in Massachusetts and sent there 5 YEAR OLD son to kindergarten and the school sent home a packet about diversity and there was a book about a homosexual couple. They are teaching this to FIVE YEAR OLDS!!! Since I have a 5 Year old, I know how impressionable they are and how things like this bring up questions. I know I am the one who should decide when and in what manner my child should learn about these things!

Right now in California there is a huge issue coming up on the ballot for election in November. As most of you probably know same sex marriage has been legalized in this state. Proposition 8 would overturn that decision. Many people think that this may not be that big of an issue, or that it is just a sign of the times and there is no point in fighting it. But it is a big issue and we need to fight for marriage. The consequences that come from allowing same sex marriage are much more than just a person's right to marry whom they choose. Gay marriage will be mandatory to teach in our schools to children as young as 5 years old. It also puts our churches at risk for attack. Churches will be sued for not allowing same sex marriages and possibly lose their tax exempt status, not to mention the lawsuits that would come from preaching against same sex marriage. We cannot allow this attack on marriage, families, our children and our churches. Right now there is a huge push for donations of time and money. They are running ads on television that are having a huge impact on voters. This is an issue that affects more than just California. Please visit www.protectmarriage.com to make a donation. Please do anything you can to help so that no matter the outcome of the vote you can feel good about where you stand.

I will be the first to say that I do not think this will stop in California! We need to take a stand now and not let it spread! I am sorry if this offends anyone! Yes it is true. We are adding another addition to our little family! I am 10 weeks pregnant! We are super excited! It has BY FAR been the hardest, most nauseating pregnancy this far, but hopefully as the "wonderful" first trimester ends, so will the nausea! Kiley and Brendan are both THRILLED and they got to see the baby during the ultrasound and they kept saying, "The Baby is on TV"! So that was Super Cute!! Anyway, I hope you all will keep all of us and this growing baby in your prayers, it would be Much appreciated! I hope you all have a Great week! :o)

So we went to our first military ball this last weekend and it was SO much fun! I mean a "little" cheesy, like the grown-up prom or something, but it was a good time. The food was good and the company was fun too, the speaker was a waste of time! But the VERY fun part was the getting ready part, getting all dressed up, going on a grown up date with my husband that was LONG over-due AND we got to Dance!!! YAY! But going back to the getting ready part...I got to sit around that morning, take a shower and go to a salon and get my hair and make-up done and then just come home and get my dress on and GO! It was a lot of over-due pampering and a lot of needed fun! So anyway, I am glad we got to go! I think it will definetly be a yearly thing! SO I am leaving tomorrow for a weekend scrapbooking retreat. I swear, I am SO excited! I try to scrapbook once a week and still get NOTHING done! I am SO excited to have almost 3 WHOLE days to work on things and "hopefully" get caught up on Kiley & Brendan's scrapbooks. We shall see. I am sure all of you who don't do this kind of thing are like..."what the crap are you going to do ALL weekend long"...and the answer to that is EVERYTHING I can!!! LOL! The only down side to this is I am going to miss Kiley and Brendan SO much! This is the first time I have spent the night away from them since Kiley was born, other than 2 nights when Brendan was born...but I am nervous, but Extremely confident in Korry, so I think this has a bright side too, I think he will see a "TINY" bit of what I do all day long. SO we shall see what my house looks like when I return. I told him he had to take pictures of Kiley on Sunday morning...I am excited to see what in the world he will do with her hair, lol! I think he will do great though! He is excited. He wants to take them to the movies and to fly his airplane, we shall see how overwhelming the movie is...lol...stay tuned for updates next week. I don't even know where the last months have gone. All the sudden I haven't posted a blog since April and the summer is pretty much over! How did this happen?! Well I will give a brief re-cap on the last few months! We went to New Mexico to visit my Family there at the end of June first of July. It was a lot of fun! We had a Family Friend take our pictures with my sisters family, my mom and my Grandparents. They turned out great! We also got to take the kids to the zoo, Aquarium and Amusement Park (Cliffs) in Albuquerque. They had a blast! You take advantage of those things and think they're not that great until you live somewhere where there is NOTHING, lol! So we enjoyed that So much!
We had Brendan's Birthday party when we got back, the 19th of July. He had So much fun! We had it at Jumpers Gymnastics. He had about 12 kids there and they just got to run and play and wear themselves out for 2 hours, so it was a good nights sleep for all the kids AND the parents!
Then today we celebrated Kiley's 5th Birthday! CAN you believe it!? I can not believe she is 5 already! It seems like I blinked and Brendan turned 2 and she turned 5! But we had hers at S&L Bounce. It's a fun place with all these bouncers and she had about 14 kids and they all wore EVERYONE out! There was a boxing ring and even the parents got to get in on that action, lol! It was a lot of fun! She had a Disney Princess party and I am pretty sure EVERY present she got was Disney Princess of some sort, lol! But she loves it all and can't wait to wake up and play with it all again tomorrow!
We decided to keep Kiley home from Kindergarten for one more year. She is 4 days before the cut-off so she could go now, but Korry and I talked about it and she would graduate when she was 17 and she is already pretty small for her age and if I can keep her with me and extra year, I am ALL for that! :o)

Today Was...

BEAUTIFUL!!! OMGoodness! The weather was in the High 70's and there was not much wind and it was just gorgeous!!! We were all in our shorts and sandals, it was awesome!!! Kiley had a soccer game and it was SO beautiful and no wind, so they had so much fun! We got to work in the yard and get it ready for summer!!! It was SO refreshing to have a productive day like that!!!! It was one of the Best Days in a LONG time!!! I REALLY needed a nice day!!! I MEAN REALLY REALLY!!! I have never had SO much fun working in the yard before! I put down fertilizer in the front and back yard and filled in some holes our lovely dog has been digging. We also got to plant some grass and cleaned up all our leaves around our fence and all around our house! So it was SUCH a Productive day!!! And I have a Secret...I can totally put this on here because Korry NEVER reads my blog! I went to the BX (base shopping center) today and bought our swing we wanted to get for our anniversary! I was SO excited! They only had ONE left!!! And they are going to deliver it Tuesday morning ASSEMBLED!!! Because that was the only one left!!! So this is perfect because Korry will be leaving Wednesday morning, so it will be fun to sit out on Tuesday night, as long as the weather is ok, and grill and have some fun outside! So YAY! I am So excited to get it!!! It's so nice and I cleaned off the porch today, so it's all ready!!! So Anyway, I am sure this has been Very exciting to read, lol! It Was So MUch Fun!!!

So this weekend has been kinda crazy! So yesterday after waking up from their naps, Kiley & Brendan were sick! Actually none of us felt very well! I had a Headache that I could not shake that had made me sick to my stomach and my throat was killing me from drainage and Korry pretty much the same thing, but not as bad. So anyway, it was a LONG night of kids waking up, crying and coughing! So needless to say we were hoping that the soccer game we were supposed to coach today was canceled...BUT it wasn’t, so we waited it ou and Korry was going to go coach and the rest of us were going to stay home. But Kiley said she felt fine and so we all went and Brendan and I stayed under a blanket and Korry coached and Kiley did such a Good job!!! It was SO MUCH FUN!!! It was utter Chaos, but in a 4 year old adorable kinda way! They all had a Blast and Korry got complimented on his soccer coaching skills! I was impressed how well he handled 6 girls AND all their parents! SO anyway, Here are some pictures of Kiley’s first official Soccer game and Korry’s first Coaching job as a daddy!!! Competitive Sports...well Kinda! Korry and I enrolled Kiley in soccer this season and we're so excited! But there is a catch...We are the Coaches of the 4 years old 3 on 3 team, LOL! I know it's Hilarious!!! Neither of us know the first thing about Soccer, but I did go to a soccer Coaches clinic last week while Korry was gone and found out if I have them all running the same direction and having fun I will be doing GREAT!!! So we have our first practice for 30-45 minutes this Thursday, so I am really excited and Kiley is SO excited!!! It's so much fun! She keeps on talking about it, so it's super cute to watch her!!! So anyway, I have a friend coming to watch and take pictures of our first game this Sunday, so I will put up some pictures...I am SO excited!!! It should be a lot of fun for all of us, lets hope!!! Busy Weekend!!!

So this weekend was Crazy! Well I guess the last week was crazy! Korry was TDY this last week and so things were crazy! But Friday I had an Easter Egg hun for play group from church and there were a TON of kids there and so that took up all morning and then had to run home and clean up the house, since Korry was coming home. Korry came in at 11:30 that night and so I had to get the kids up for that and they were "Happy" about that! They did pretty good though! So the next morning we had to get up and go to a carnival on base for all the little kids! Kiely & Brendan really did have fun! There was a cake walk, bouce House and all sorts of cute little games, but it was PACKED! But still fun! Then we had a short nap and lunch and then we had a Birthday party to go to that afternoon, it was So much fun! They both had so much fun! THEN went over and dyed and painted Easter Eggs at a friends house. Then today we had Easter...which started out kinda bad. Our alarm didn't go off, so we woke up 30 minutes before we were supposted to leave for church...and EVERYONE knows how fun it is to run around and try to get things done when you're in a hurry...this is definetly where we get into the majority of out arguments, lol! But it turned out fine. We weren't that late and it was fun! Then we came home, had the Easter Bunny, hunted Eggs and ate lunch! It was a Hectic weekend, but the kids had a Great Easter Weekend!!! Korry and I have been married 5 years in 3 days and I have just been thinking about the past 5 years and how much both have us have grown as individuals and as a couple and it's amazing!!! We met and then got married less than a year later. We definetly have had our ups and downs, but have survived and have become better people because of it! We always have to remind ourselves that "God Won't Give You More Than You Can Handle" and although I think sometimes there is no way thats true we succeed in those situations BECAUSE we have one another to lean on and draw in support from them!

We have so much to be thankful for in this relationship! We have a Wonderful relationship, we have 2 amazing Children, we have happiness and love! We have grown together in our Christianity. I was once a very big cynic about church, I had been burned a lot in that area and Korry brought be back to the heart of it. It's not other people you should be worried about! It's about YOUR relationship with God and thats what the foundation is built on! Although I have Many amazing relationships because of our church. I am definetly protective and will always watch people more carefully because of what has happened in the past and I am not sure I will fully trust Everyone in that area, but the important thing is that we have a relationship with God and thats in the middle of our relationship as well. And we are building that relatiohsip with Kiley and Brendan and it's amazing to see them grow in that area, especially in this young age, Ah to have the heart and eyes of a child! Wouldn't that be nice sometimes! I am not saying this is the easy way to go! We struggle and have hurdles each and every day of our lives, but the important thing is to keep the finish line in your head and what is going to be important at the end of all this!!!

But anyway, I am so excited about our anniversary. We are just going to go to dinner and we're buying each other a swing for our back yard! I am SO excited! We both LOVE being outside during the summer and we work hard on our yard for it took look nice, so it's going to be awesome to have somewhere to sit and watch the kids play and just be able to be outside relaxing!!! So as soon as we know it's not going to snow any more we're going to go get that! YAY! No more snow and a swing...can life get better!? I submit that it can not, LOL! (inside Joke...Brian Regan is Awesome).

How did we Learn SO Little when we were in Kindergarden?!

So Korry and I decided we would kind of map out a curriculum for Kiley so she would be ready for Kindergarden since we have decided not to send her to pre-school. So we went to Barnes and Noble and got some books for pre-school and Kindergarden. And let me tell you, they are doing a LOT more in Kindergarden now then "We" were when we were there! Ya know like color and count...yeah they are supposted to already do that, lol! Well Kiley was actually pretty ahead in this area, more so than I was anyway, so we zoomed through the first books and she seemed bored in the Pre-K stuff, but is learning TONS and loving the Kindergarden books. SO I am excited! We have been writing upper and lower case letters and now we're getting into the Math and reading! Thats where I was shocked, I don't know about you, but we learned BASIC math in 1st Grade and now they know most math in Kindergarden, kinda crazy! But anyway it's some Mommy Kiley time and we both are enjoying it! We usually do it M-F for about 45 minutes. So it's fun, but not too over whelming for either one of us!
I am So excited for Easter this year. It was fun last year, it was a BEAUTIFUL day and we dyed Easter eggs and did the whole Easter Bunny thing. So this year Korry will be TDY until the day before, so it's kinda up to me to get everything ready and I am SO excited! I have the kids Easter clothes and they are SO cute!!! They don't do anything with the kids for Easter through the church, which was surprising and disappointing, but we will Definetly do somethings. I am Just really hoping the weather agrees with us and helps us out and is Beautiful like it was last year, so PLEASE keep that in your prayers, lol!
We have now been planning our summer and I am SO excited that Korry will be here! There were going to be SO many things I hadn't even thought of that he was going to miss! So we were going through and I am SO excited for it to get warm and to start it all up! For 1 he is promoting. Which is awesome that we get to be there for it. He was also going to miss the Air Show, which he is kinda in charge of the PR part of it, so that will be fun also! And not to mention the only good thing about living here is the Summer!!! It's warm and Beautiful and I am Absolutely looking forward to it and I am thrilled he doesn't have to miss it!!!
OMGoodness, so Brendan has such a strong personality! He & Kiley are my amusement each and every day! They crack me up! So Brendan has started this thing where he will flex his body and he will make himself just shake...so whenever we ask him to show us his muscles he will flex and his face gets all seriouse and he shakes, It's Hilarious and we all clap and he Is SO proud of himself, it's Absolutely Adorable!!! He talks all the time! He can mimmick everything we say and then some! He is So perceptive! They are just amazing kids and we are So extremely Blessed to have them as kids!!!

Once Again...

SO we found out yesterday that Korry is in fact not being deployed this May! Which I know you're thinking..."Thats Great". It is, don't get me wrong. I am relieved he is not going to miss the kids Birthdays and the summer with us, not to mention just 6 months away from his family, however...OMG...this is the SECOND dad gum time this has happened to us! Get us all anxious and ready for him to deploy, make plans and then just to find out it was all for not! They need to get their poop in a group and have all the information BEFORE they tell us he's getting deployed!!! Anyway, we're waiting to see if there will be another deployment in the mix of all of this and I pray this is it until his next cycle, whcih "SHOULD" be next May, but I guess this is the fun waiting game we all LOVE so much!
ANYWAY, last night the kids had a make-up class fro Gymnastics from when they were sick and it was at night so Korry got to go! It was so much fun! He really enjoyed being able to see what they did, how much they learned and how much Fun they have! It was fun, however I think it was a little much for him! I LOVE the morning class, it's SO realxed and calm, but MAN the night class what complete CHAOS!!! So loud and crazy! So I will not be switching anytime soon! LOL.
I have been listing things on e-bay like crazy! I was up until almost 3 this morning listing things on there! If you need any girls or boys summer clothes, let me know! It's fun, but very time consuming. Very worth it in the end though, I get to buy them clothes for THIS summer, which is a blast for me!!! YAY! :)
I think that is all that is new with us right now. Our lives are a bit Chaotic right now, with just everyday life I guess. But it's fun and keeps me on my toes, lol! What doesn't kill us just makes us stronger...Right!? :o)

First Timer...

I have never been that great at keeping a blog! I have one on myspace, but rarely put anything on it. So this is new to me! Things here are kinda crazy! Korry will be leaving for about 8-10 days in March to go on a TDY, over our anniversary, fun fun! So we found this out and then he will then leave in May for 6 months to Florida! So with this said, it should be an interesting summer! Kiley and Brendan are growing like weeds! Kiley is almost 4 1/2 and Brendan will be 20 months at the end of the month! So things are crazy with a toddler and pre-schooler around here! They are both in Gymnastics and LOVE it! I think we all needed this little break from everything and get a little bit of excercise without having to freeze! Although it is getting warmer, it was in the 40's today! And for us it's like a heatwave, lol. Anyway, that is all for now, but I hope everyone has a Great week! TTYL! :o)
